Refund & Return Policy

We want you stoked on your SunSack. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email)

Sale items and bundles are eligible for store credit only.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@sunsack.store with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product — in which case we cover return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.
  • You can also choose store credit instead of a refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

  • Items marked "final sale"
