Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with tracking info included.
Shipping estimates
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipping
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and customs can affect timing.
Shipping carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on destination and package size. International orders typically ship via DHL or a local postal partner.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on US orders over $30
- Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout for orders under $30
- International rates calculated at checkout based on destination
Order tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days or your package is marked delivered but didn't arrive, email support@sunsack.store and we'll help track it down or ship a replacement.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll email you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping cost may apply).
