1. Store ownership

sunsack.store is owned and operated by SunSack. All product designs, photography, copy, and branding on this site are our property unless otherwise noted.

2. Orders & payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and supported providers.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, error, or stock unavailability — you will be refunded in full.
• Placing an order confirms that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address you submitted.
• Use the product as intended. SunSacks are recreational hacky sacks, not toys for children under 3.
• Do not resell or commercially redistribute SunSack products without written permission.

4. Refunds & returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order you agree to those terms, including return windows and eligibility conditions.

5. Liability disclaimer

SunSack products are sold "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunSack is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
